Cornerstone Junior School Hosts Malaria Sensitization Program

On March 21st, 2025, Cornerstone Junior School welcomed a team from the Ministry of Health, the Uganda Parliamentary Forum on Malaria, and Pilgrim Africa for a malaria sensitization program. Our Malaria Ambassadors from the Malaria Awareness and Advocacy Movement (MAAM) led presentations on malaria cause, prevention and its impact on education.

Pilgrim Africa also handed over “Walk Against Malaria” kits to support our students in raising awareness. As part of this initiative, Cornerstone Junior School will participate in the “Walk Against Malaria” run on April 5th, 2025, followed by a visit to the Parliament of Uganda. We appreciate our guests’ support in the fight against malaria.
