P.6 Pupils Explore Hotel and Restaurant Management at Rider Hotel – Mukono

Today, 10th November 2025, P.6 pupils of Cornerstone Junior School – Mukono had an exciting and educational excursion to Rider Hotel, Mukono as part of their Hotel and Restaurant Management studies.

During the visit, learners experienced a variety of hotel services and departments including:

Hotel and Restaurant Management – learning about dining, conference setups, food & beverage service, bakery, bar operations, and the use of cutlery and other hotel equipment.

💪Health and Fitness, pupils enjoyed using the gym facilities and observed the importance of physical wellness.

Recreation and Safety, they explored the swimming pool area, experienced the sauna and steam bath, and received a CPR and first aid demonstration on how to help a person who has drowned.

It was a memorable hands-on learning experience that inspired our young learners to appreciate hospitality and service excellence!
