Cornerstone Junior School-Mukono Holds its 16th candidates’ Thanksgiving Service for Outstanding 2024 PLE Performance

Cornerstone Junior School-Mukono held its 16th Annual Thanksgiving Service on Sunday, February 16, 2025, at the main campus. The event was themed “Great is the Lord and Most Worthy of Praise; His Greatness No One Can Fathom.”

A total of 152 candidates sat for the 2024 Primary Leaving Examinations (PLE), achieving outstanding results. Among the top performers was Naluyombya Mercy Ketura, who scored an impressive Aggregate 4. Other candidates who scored Aggregates 5 and 7 were also recognized and awarded for their exceptional achievements.

The main celebrant, Ven. Rev. Kampi Kenneth from St. James Ham Mukasa Church of Uganda-Nasuuti, delivered a powerful message, urging the school to remain grateful to God for every success. He encouraged the students and staff to continue striving for excellence while upholding a spirit of thanksgiving.

The event was a joyous celebration of hard work, dedication, and faith, reaffirming the school’s commitment to academic excellence and spiritual growth.
